LolaWood nor any third party provide any guarantee or warranties as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our website content is for your general information and use only and is subject to change without notice.

Privacy Statement: How we use cookies

Cookies are very small text files that are stored on your computer when you visit some websites.

We use cookies to help identify your computer so we can tailor your user experience, track shopping basket contents and remember where you are in the order process.

You can disable any cookies already stored on your computer, but these may stop our website from functioning properly.

This website will:

We aim to despatch within 3-5 working days from the receipt of your order. It is important all address details are accurate. Although we expect our deliveries to arrive sooner, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery in the UK.

Certain pieces on the website are made to order and therefore may incur a lengthier delivery time. Also, if an item is out of stock, please allow up to 60 days for re-stocking before delivery. In both instances you will be contacted directly with more information.

Occasionally orders may incur additional delivery charges due to weight and size and in this instance we will contact you directly.


Spend £35 and standard delivery to United Kingdom mainland is on us!


We have a flat rate charge of £3.95 standard delivery to United Kingdom mainland. Deliveries over 5kg will incur further costs.

When ordering, please bear in mind that some orders will require a signature, therefore, please select a delivery address where someone will be there to sign.

We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if your package is not collected or successfully rearranged with our courier.

All orders will be posted to the address your payment method is registered unless a suitable alternative address is supplied.


Delivery to remote areas of the United Kingdom such as Islands and Highlands or delivery outside of the United Kingdom will incur extra delivery charges. Please contact at: contactus@lolawood.co.uk

The Environment

We re-use, or recycle where not possible, all of our boxes and packaging to help the environment. Some of our boxes and packaging may not look brand new, but remember it is all for a good cause!


We do hope you love your received items, but if for any reason you want to return an item, you may do so, for a full refund within 14 days of purchase providing the item is returned in its original packaging, unused with no signs of wear or damage. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a resalable condition or are damaged.

You will need to return the item at your own expense, securely packaged with your name, order number and explanation for your return inside. Orders returned after 14 days will not be refunded and you will have to arrange collection and cover the cost to get the items returned back to you.

Unless the goods are deemed defective, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to LolaWood. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of posting is not proof of receipt and we will not be liable to refund any lost parcels.


Please inspect your goods on arrival. In the event of an item arriving damaged, please inform us within 48 hours. Any damaged goods reported later than this timeframe will not be accepted. Once we have confirmed receipt of faulty or damaged goods, a replacement or refund will be arranged for you. This guarantee does not cover items misused or abused.

You must contact us before returning any damaged items, we will not refund any postage unless previously agreed by us.

Once discussed and agreed, we ask that you securely repackage the item, insert your full name and order number and then post your faulty item back to us.

We will notify you by email as soon as your returned item has been received. If no further investigation is required, we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt. All refunds are paid back onto the same PayPal account used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.
